- Subject: Commodore Sound Expander....
-
- Hi !!
-
- I just bought a Commodore Sound Expander for the C64, it's
- quite a good piece of hardware, with a nice sound to it. However,
- the default software sure does suck. The MUSIC SYSTEM II is
- compatible with the keyboard connected to it, but is useless
- beacuse it uses the C64's SID chip and not the FM MODULE or the
- Sound Expander.. [ Hence only three note polyphony.. :-( ]
-
-
- So ? Well, where can I get some decent software for the
- thing ? I would like to be able to record and play in real time,
- and possibly manipulate score music although that isn't a top
- priority ! I would also like to be able to compile the music for
- use with BASIC and ML programs. An fTp site would be fine !
-
-
- Cheers !!!
